A wonderful old angled military piton in like new vintage condition. Historically climbers have marked their expensive climbing gear with unique markers; tape, paint, etc.  This piton was marked with white paint on the tail of the angled shaft.  A wonderful piton with a patina that only comes with the grace of time.
