Made by the C.A. Lund company for the US Army.  Adjustable height poles are common these days for trekking, snowshoeing, etc – but these may be the ORIGINAL examples / innovators.  Molded hand grips with leather straps (see C.A Lund US on inside of the leather strap).  Metal baskets in great condition with leather basket straps.
