Antique Oxford Downhill Skis
c. 1920s – 1930s, 20th century

A great set of turn of the century downhill wood skis. They feature their original logo, pinstriping, leather cable style bindings and are in excellent condition. They have been preserved with our natural oil and beeswax finish. While their flat tops suggest to some historians, ski touring use, in reality most models flat or ridgetop were used for all winter travel; downhill, cross country or touring.
The photos show some “rub” marks, which will easily be blended in with a furniture polish. We will hand finish and complete the touch-ups for you before sending them.
