Very cool Swiss WWII vintage leather and canvas medic or supply bag. Has the makers name (Wattenwil) and the Swiss emblem stamped onto the closure and has small metal pads to keep it off the wet ground.  These would make VERY cool bike panniers, lunchboxes, or sophisticated ditty bag.
